Position & objectives: As an Executive Search Specialist, you will join the in-house Executive Recruitment team, based in Brussels, Belgium, to help source future leaders within various companies of the Eurofins network. Your main focus is to fill and maintain a strong executive pipeline by helping to identify relevant prospects for senior roles. More specifically, you will: Develop and execute search strategies Work closely with the other peers from the Talent Acquisition team to further strengthen the pipeline Plan and manage interviews for senior candidates Propose relevant profiles to senior management to support recruitment decisions Ensure data quality linked to candidate management Support ad hoc projects with a focus on executive talent pipelines You will join an international office ideally located near parks and green spaces, bringing together colleagues from over 35 nationalities.
