Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Partner (EP) to serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and content provider to CIOs and senior IT leaders within Gartner’s exclusive membership-based Executive Programs. The EP will manage key client relationships across prominent enterprises in Taiwan and Greater China, delivering tailored advisory services leveraging Gartner’s research and insights while collaborating with internal teams to support member engagement, renewal, and strategic technology initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of member relationships within prominent enterprises in Taiwan and Greater China across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer, Mining, and others
- Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products and resources
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan
- Conduct on-site briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
- Present or facilitate at local ExP events
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales and other business units and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of progressive technology exposure in Consulting or CIO/Senior Technology Leadership roles
- Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills to board level executives, both in English and Traditional Chinese
- Demonstrate exposure to and ownership of large Strategic Programs and oversight of the Strategic IT direction of their organization
- Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry (including enterprise digital transformation, business strategy, Leadership, IT Operations Management, technology strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.) and priorities such as the challenges of “today’s” Technology Executive and how Gartner ExP can make the difference as an advisory organization
