Aledade is hiring an Executive Director to lead our operations in the San Diego, CA area. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our mission-driven work to transform primary care.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow Aledade's partnerships in the San Diego and Chula Vista region
- Build strategic relationships with independent primary care practices
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of our network
- Drive initiatives that improve patient outcomes and healthcare quality
- Represent Aledade in the local healthcare community
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations, management, or a related field
- Deep understanding of value-based care models and primary care practice dynamics
- Strong business development and strategic partnership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and financial acumen
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a dynamic environment
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in the San Diego, California area. Candidates should be located near San Diego, CA or Chula Vista, CA.
