Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy to enhance service delivery for military-connected families
- Manage program implementation and performance across multiple initiatives
- Develop partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations
- Supervise regional staff and coordinate with national leadership
- Drive fundraising and resource development efforts in the region
- Represent the organization at public and private events
- Monitor program outcomes and adapt strategies for maximum impact
- Engage with military installations and veteran service organizations
- Oversee budget planning and financial accountability for regional activities
- Promote equity and inclusion in all programs and outreach efforts
- Expand volunteer engagement and community participation
- Serve as primary liaison between local stakeholders and national headquarters
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
- Lead crisis response and emergency support initiatives when needed
- Foster data-driven decision-making in program design and evaluation
