About the Role

This role is responsible for advancing regional impact by managing programs, building relationships with stakeholders, overseeing local operations, and expanding outreach to underserved military communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional strategy to enhance service delivery for military-connected families
  • Manage program implementation and performance across multiple initiatives
  • Develop partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations
  • Supervise regional staff and coordinate with national leadership
  • Drive fundraising and resource development efforts in the region
  • Represent the organization at public and private events
  • Monitor program outcomes and adapt strategies for maximum impact
  • Engage with military installations and veteran service organizations
  • Oversee budget planning and financial accountability for regional activities
  • Promote equity and inclusion in all programs and outreach efforts
  • Expand volunteer engagement and community participation
  • Serve as primary liaison between local stakeholders and national headquarters
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
  • Lead crisis response and emergency support initiatives when needed
  • Foster data-driven decision-making in program design and evaluation
