Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive content strategies that support all stages of the customer journey and align with campaign and business targets
- Determine the function and purpose of content across various platforms including social media, video, influencer networks, and digital ecosystems
- Convert media strategies into actionable content guidance and structured messaging frameworks
- Support continuous content initiatives as well as time-bound campaign launches and key moments
- Develop detailed content briefs, core messaging, and narrative approaches for marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand content across channels while tailoring formats to suit individual platform specifications
- Partner closely with creative, social media, and influencer teams to execute content concepts
- Track content production and delivery to ensure adherence to strategy and scheduling
- Evaluate content effectiveness using metrics such as engagement rates, views, click-through rates, and conversions
- Uncover insights on high-performing and underperforming content, including root causes
- Suggest data-informed improvements and iterative content adjustments
- Incorporate emerging trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior patterns into content planning
- Assist in shaping influencer and content creator strategies and provide clear briefings
- Ensure influencer-generated content reflects brand voice and supports campaign goals
- Integrate paid media efforts with organic and social content initiatives
- Coordinate with influencer teams to amplify content reach and impact
- Partner with media planners to synchronize content with channel-specific strategies
- Work alongside creative, social, and performance marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
- Verify that content plans are realistic within project timelines, budget constraints, and technical platform requirements
- Assist Planning Managers and Group Heads in shaping campaign concepts and client presentations
- Develop strategy decks that outline content approaches, creative ideas, and strategic justification
- Present content direction and articulate the underlying strategy to clients
- Support regular reviews of content performance and contribute to forward-looking recommendations
