Responsibilities
- Lead digital growth initiatives by planning and executing forward-thinking strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Assist core departments such as Strategy, Media Planning, and Reporting with consistent, high-quality support.
- Formulate digital strategies and recommend appropriate channels to meet predefined performance goals.
- Partner with cross-market teams to respond to client requirements and help shape strategic solutions.
- Engage regularly with emerging vendors to assess their offerings and launch experimental projects aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop media proposals, refining budget distribution, timing, weighting, and platform selection.
- Monitor regional market dynamics and competitive activity to develop informed perspectives that align with client goals.
- Coordinate with Media and Brand departments to maintain awareness of current and upcoming campaign activity.
- Foster trusted relationships with primary client stakeholders to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.

- Conduct periodic conversations with new and upcoming vendors to understand capabilities and build “Test and Learn” initiatives linked to business needs.
- Work closely with the team to build proposals, including fine-tuning budget allocation, weights, phasing, and site mix for media plans.
- Stay on top of local market nuances and competitive insights to build POVs that support the client’s business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Media and Brand teams to maintain a complete view of new and upcoming campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with key clients.
