Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders by building strong, long-term relationships and positioning WPP Media as the go-to partner for all communication challenges.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and competitive landscapes to translate them into effective integrated media strategies.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, innovation, and new business for your existing clientele.
- Direct and implement successful strategies and proactively define the strategy for the upcoming year, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead the review and strategy process by effectively coordinating the preparation and delivery of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Year-over-Year (YOY) review presentations.
- Ensure all relevant data is accurately collated, and insights are clearly communicated.
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies covering digital, TV, radio, print, outdoor, creative, and activation platforms together with stipulated teams (ESP, CMP, Investment & Creative).
- Ensure media recommendations are insight-driven, data-informed, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and post-campaign evaluations to ensure performance against KPIs.
- Work towards achieving the assigned revenue targets and contributing to overall business growth.
- Identify, develop, and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for WPP Media's full suite of products and services, ensuring solutions are directly aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Proactively nurture client relationships to uncover new business opportunities and expand WPP Media’s footprint.
- Work closely with investment teams to secure the best media deals for clients and with the planning team to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of strategies, campaign plans, performance reports, and other client deliverables.
- Constantly monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Oversee client budgets, billing, and profitability for the cluster while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Define and measure key campaign performance metrics (GRPs, reach, ROI, engagement, etc.).
- Use data and insights to evaluate campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis with actionable insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an advertising agency, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity.
- Proven experience in media planning and buying across different platforms.
- Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing multiple work streams, projects, and teams.
- Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role.
- Show depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
- A passion for data, insights, and ideation.
