Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including scheduling, meeting planning, and travel logistics
- Draft and finalize reports, presentations, and official communications for executive use
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments or external partners
- Handle sensitive and confidential data with strict confidentiality and judgment
- Support oversight of financial records, budgets, and expense tracking
- Collaborate with finance personnel on processing invoices, expense claims, and routine financial paperwork
- Track critical timelines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of key tasks
- Plan and execute corporate events, leadership meetings, and executive briefings
- Perform various unplanned administrative and operational duties as needed
