Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate and maintain executive calendars, scheduling key activities such as partnership discussions, sales calls, and legal negotiations.
- Enhance meeting efficiency by preparing and distributing relevant materials, including contracts and sales documentation, before and after meetings.
- Organize and oversee internal gatherings, both virtual and in-person, such as team offsites, training sessions, and travel weeks.
- Assist with planning and executing external events like social meetups, sports outings, and leadership market visits.
- Develop and refine administrative systems and processes while contributing to the growth of the core administrative team.
