Responsibilities
- Sort and prioritize incoming emails, converting key messages into actionable task lists for executive review
- Create, maintain, and monitor critical documents and correspondence to ensure timely follow-up
- Provide administrative support across three professional roles, including arranging travel and scheduling meetings
- Participate in calls and meetings, review recordings, and produce clear summaries and next steps
- Monitor task progress using Linear to track completion and maintain accountability
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination through Notion and Slack to ensure seamless operations
