Responsibilities
- Deliver full executive support to the CMO, handling calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel booking, and correspondence across US and India time zones.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CMO and marketing teams in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India.
- Serve as site administrator for the local Hyderabad Marketing team, managing daily office operations, coordination, and logistics.
- Take ownership of select project management tasks for the CMO, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups for cross-functional initiatives.
- Create briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings, reviews, and leadership updates.
- Utilize Claude AI to support and accelerate task completion, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings and events across multiple regions and time zones, anticipating scheduling conflicts and proposing solutions.

- Based in Hyderabad, India; in-office 3 days per week (hybrid)
- Must maintain working hours that overlap with US Central Time (CST) through at least 12:00 PM CST daily, to ensure real-time availability with the Houston-based CMO
- Some flexibility for later hours will be required to coordinate with other global team members across different time zones
