Responsibilities
- Collaborate with investors to design and deliver small, high-impact gatherings such as dinners, roundtables, and networking sessions.
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of investor-facing events, including dinners, social hours, roundtables, and networking functions.
- Handle all logistical aspects, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering planning, audience coordination, guest communications, setup, teardown, and on-site issue resolution.
- Ensure every event reflects the organization’s brand standards, quality expectations, and strategic priorities.
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including timelines, budgets, and run-of-show plans.
- Administer post-event evaluations, data collection, and reporting to track outcomes and inform improvements.
- Provide on-site presence and support for all investor-led functions.
- Support participation in external industry conferences and major third-party events.
- Coordinate event registrations, travel arrangements, and material preparation for team members as required.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of large summits for founders, executives, and industry leaders.
- Assist with pre-event research, attendee outreach, and on-site operations.
- Support guest list coordination and attendee management processes.
- Engage in creative programming development, vendor oversight, and post-event assessment.
- Serve as project lead for all investor event initiatives.
- Keep detailed records including event briefs, schedules, financial plans, and project roadmaps.
- Collect and analyze feedback after events to refine future programming.
- Develop and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and external partners.
- Oversee inventory, event materials, and storage logistics.
- Manage digital event platforms and maintain accurate, up-to-date guest lists.
