Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the annual event calendar in alignment with marketing leadership, maintaining strategic focus amid new opportunities
- Infuse originality, creativity, and personality into event experiences to ensure they reflect the brand’s unique identity
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including budgets, venues, vendors, shipping, swag, and on-site coordination, with full ownership of execution
- Manage end-to-end event promotion, including building landing pages, segmenting contact lists from CRM platforms, and independently sending targeted invites and follow-ups
- Produce virtual events and webinars from start to finish, including speaker coordination, rehearsals, and live production
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams on branding, design, guest outreach, sponsor integration, and co-activation planning
- Ensure seamless on-site event operations by managing timelines and delivering a polished attendee experience from setup to close
- Strengthen relationships with GTM leaders, partners, and community members to build long-term event impact and engagement
- Track and analyze event performance using attendee data, engagement metrics, and pipeline influence to demonstrate ROI
- Partner with marketing to repurpose event content—such as photos, videos, and testimonials—across social and post-event channels
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain high-quality execution while controlling costs
- Lead post-event reviews to capture insights and continuously improve future programs
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and executives
- Focused on delivering exceptional, seamless experiences for attendees at every touchpoint
- Curious and continuously learning, actively exploring new trends, tools, and technologies—including AI—to enhance event impact
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or community-building roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success planning and executing events ranging from intimate dinners to large-scale activations
- Direct experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and event tools like Luma or Zoom Webinars
- Capable of building basic landing pages, managing email lists, and running targeted event campaigns
- Skilled in sourcing vendors, tracking budgets, and managing on-site logistics
- Proven ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with independence and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Experienced in measuring and reporting on event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
Nice to Have
- Experience nurturing relationships with go-to-market leaders or managing partner communities
- Background in B2B SaaS, revenue operations, or marketing technology
- Prior work in partner-led activations or co-marketing initiatives
- Experience managing brand sponsorships or cross-company collaborations
- Comfortable using analytics platforms to assess event outcomes
- Established network within sales, marketing, or GTM ecosystems
- Experience amplifying events through social media or content, including capturing and reusing event moments
