Join CYBERDYNE Informationstechnologie GmbH / Medialine AG as an Event Manager (m/w/d) starting 01.01.2026. You will take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing digital, physical, and hybrid customer events from initial concept through follow-up, acting as the primary contact for customers, partners, and internal teams within a collaborative, medium-sized organization.
What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and implement the entire execution of digital, physical, and hybrid customer events from initial idea to follow-up.
- Independently manage trade shows and events on-site, ensuring smooth execution and overseeing cost control.
- Work closely with customers, partners, sales, consulting, administration, and marketing teams across the DACH region.
- Promote events together with the marketing team through both online and offline channels.
- Proactively contribute new ideas to continuously develop and improve event formats.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or a degree in event & conference management.
- First professional experience in event organization or project management.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Technological interest and understanding of IT services.
- Digital mindset and routine handling of CRM systems.
- Structured, organized working style with team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to travel for events.
- Strong communication skills in German and good English skills.
