Digital is hiring an Event Operations Manager

A Financial Media Client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Event Operations Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our virtual and physical awards galas. The role is responsible for managing the full operational lifecycle of each event, from planning and client coordination through to post-event wrap-up, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Candidates with backgrounds in awards operations, conference production, event operations, or finance-focused media/events businesses will be highly preferred. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations for virtual and physical awards galas. Coordinate and deliver all client-facing assets and materials within agreed timelines. Liaise with internal teams, clients, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all operational touchpoints. Develop and manage project timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reporting.
