Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners within the European region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing regional affiliates.
- Analyze performance data to uncover growth opportunities and provide routine reporting.
- Ensure affiliate-generated content complies with regional regulations and product guidelines.
- Run structured tests on commission models, ad placements, incentives, and creatives to optimize results.
- Set and track key performance targets for affiliate-attributed revenue and new customer acquisition in Europe.
- Coordinate with local EU growth teams to align affiliate strategies with market-specific campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
