Responsibilities
- Create detailed work breakdown structure estimates with documented assumptions and confidence levels across project phases from planning to construction.
- Be available around the clock to provide rapid estimating support for urgent or unexpected projects.
- Establish consistent unit cost and parametric ranges for standard project scopes.
- Participate in estimate review sessions to evaluate and validate the foundation of cost projections.
- Integrate actual project costs into estimation practices to support ongoing accuracy improvements.
- Analyze and document final project costs compared to initial estimates upon project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates undergo thorough review and challenge processes.

- Driving to some job sites and doing walk-downs will be required
