Responsibilities
- Manage the development, upkeep, and quality checks of MAP templates for all bid-based and traditional campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and audit compliance.
- Define and enforce governance protocols for MAP revisions, including change management, approval workflows, and version tracking as needed.
- Ensure activation teams meet agreed deadlines for implementing MAP updates and are responsible for their accuracy and completion.
- Regularly communicate MAP changes and required actions to activation teams, providing clear direction for proper execution.
- Develop strong working knowledge across major marketing channels, including their functions, targeting methods, performance measurement, and how KPIs balance across campaign goals.
- Create comprehensive media plans driven by insights that support diverse campaign objectives and align with broader market and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with channel and activation experts to turn strategic direction into actionable plans, clarifying deliverables, schedules, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Manage the creative tracker for assigned campaigns, ensuring accurate reporting on creative development, approvals, trafficking readiness, and live deployment.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather input, track progress, and resolve obstacles that could delay campaign execution.
- Ensure data consistency across tracking tools and systems, aligning the creative tracker, MAP, and activation outputs.
- Communicate clearly and promptly about risks, dependencies, and plan changes; escalate issues when necessary.
