IDT Corporation is hiring an eSIM Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement the strategic direction and long-term plan for digital-native eSIM offerings.
  • Uncover expansion potential in consumer, business, and bulk distribution segments.
  • Rank product features by user demand, revenue impact, and engineering practicality.
  • Lead the full digital customer journey, from purchase through activation and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with design teams to build intuitive user experiences that boost uptake and engagement.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on key performance indicators including conversion, adoption rates, average revenue per user, and profit margins.
  • Convert technical eSIM infrastructure components—such as SM-DP+, SM-SR, GSMA compliance, entitlement systems, and carrier integration—into actionable product specifications.
  • Work hand-in-hand with development, design, and quality assurance teams in an agile framework to deliver roadmap initiatives.
  • Develop, update, and oversee sales and marketing assets including presentations, summaries, FAQs, playbooks, and demonstration materials for all sales channels.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to equip teams with effective messaging and tools for positioning and selling eSIM solutions.
  • Provide product expertise and materials to support marketing initiatives and new product rollouts.
  • Partner with operational and customer support units to improve service provisioning and issue resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on customer acquisition strategies, special offers, and retention programs.
  • Assist business development in integrating enterprise clients and resellers through API and SDK enablement.
