Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for ERP inquiries, resolving user issues and managing minor system updates, including coordinating vendor support when necessary.
- Align business operations with ERP functionality by mapping workflows, clarifying system procedures, and identifying discrepancies between actual processes and system performance.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of core data elements such as items, bills of materials, routings, inventory records, and customer information through validation and routine maintenance.
- Develop, manage, and enhance both standard and on-demand reports, dashboards, and data outputs to support decision-making across operational and financial functions.
- Support end-users through direct assistance, informal training, and documentation to promote consistent and effective use of ERP and reporting systems.
- Identify and support implementation of practical short-term improvements in system utilization, reporting capabilities, and automation opportunities.
