Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to assess, record, and convert business needs into functional specifications within IFS ERP.
- Support the setup, configuration, and testing of IFS modules to meet business goals.
- Map business processes and perform gap analysis to find areas for operational improvement.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of key ERP functions including procurement, finance, manufacturing, projects, supply chain, and service operations.
- Assist in validating system performance, data accuracy, and user acceptance testing.
- Create detailed documentation such as business requirement records, test cases, and training guides.
- Deliver training to end users and offer continued functional assistance after system rollout.
- Coordinate with technical teams on data migration, system integration, and reporting solutions.
- Keep current with IFS software updates and industry standards to support ongoing system enhancements.
