Responsibilities
- Carry out designated maintenance activities on semiconductor production and wafer sorting systems to support manufacturing operations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and vacuum system issues on advanced semiconductor equipment, including preventive maintenance.
- Identify and repair equipment faults down to individual components using standard diagnostic tools and hand instruments.
- Configure and adjust machinery for optimal performance during production runs.
- Coordinate with production teams, engineers, and support staff to align on equipment priorities and status updates.
- Ensure high-quality work execution in line with established maintenance standards and procedures.
- Interact with machine software for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance workspace through routine housekeeping.
- Engage in training for emergency response team certification as required.
- Follow cleanroom safety and handling protocols, including proper gowning and wafer management practices.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and accurate documentation skills.

A shift, Monday-Wednesday, every other Sunday, 6am to 6pm
Work environment includes cleanroom protocols such as gowning and wafer handling
Employees must follow cleanroom procedures including proper attire (gowning) and careful handling of wafers.
