Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations during rotating day and night shifts, serving as a primary point of contact between departments and teams; responsible for opening or closing duties under a weekly changing schedule
- Collaborate with department leads to assign tasks and maintain efficient front-end operations, adjusting checkout lane availability based on customer flow and stepping in at registers when needed
- Supervise a team of customer service associates by delivering training, ongoing feedback, and growth opportunities
- Model exceptional service for both customers and coworkers, consistently upholding organizational values and service standards
- Respond promptly to unexpected issues, working with leadership to resolve operational disruptions
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening teamwork and reinforcing company culture
