MCI is hiring an Entry-Level High-Value Account Prospecting

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of MCI’s call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the MCI executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around MCI’s services to engage and convert prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed

Nice to Have

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles especially in a contact center environment
  • Experience working in state or federal programs is a plus
