Responsibilities
- Follow and carry out verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Support safe and effective transportation to job locations, including remote areas.
- Help perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery.
- Conduct required pre-trip inspections of vehicles and complete documentation.
- Keep a valid DOT health certification current.
- Record daily driving logs as required by regulations.
- Safely handle hollow stem auger systems during standard penetration testing.
- Operate wet rotary drilling equipment safely while conducting standard penetration tests.
- Work safely with wireline and conventional rock coring tools.
- Perform all assigned duties with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Typically a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Some assignments may require early morning start times based on site needs.
- End times vary depending on project scope, location, or deadlines.
- Weekend work may be required occasionally, though minimized when feasible.
- Most travel occurs within a 300-mile radius.
- Overnight stays are common for assignments beyond 50–60 miles from base.
- The majority of projects are completed within one to two days.
- Some assignments may extend for several weeks and exceed 300 miles from base.
- Per diem is provided for overnight work-related travel.
