Responsibilities
- Discover new potential clients and generate qualified leads using outbound calls, referrals, social media, email outreach, and other lead-generation techniques.
- Design and carry out focused outreach campaigns via phone, social platforms, and email directed at high-priority prospects.
- Initiate introductory conversations and clearly communicate the strengths of the company's offerings, methodology, and background.
- Craft persuasive messaging that highlights the value of call center outsourcing and staffing solutions for prospective clients.
- Schedule follow-up discussions or meetings between qualified leads and senior leadership.
- Record all client interactions, schedule appointments, manage records, and update progress and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Assist in shaping and improving lead qualification standards to focus on the most promising opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and client developments, and share insights with the team.
