Responsibilities
- Lead critical transformation programs from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring clear ownership and delivery of defined results
- Convert high-level strategic goals into practical action plans with clear execution steps, responsibilities, and success metrics
- Maintain consistent progress across transformation efforts by driving weekly follow-through and reinforcing accountability
- Collaborate with transformation leads, initiative owners, and cross-functional teams to align objectives, enforce accountability, and resolve blockers
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and obstacles early, and take proactive steps to address them and maintain project timelines
- Monitor performance toward key milestones and value goals, ensuring initiatives generate tangible financial and operational benefits
