Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery discussions to identify customer needs, uncover obstacles, and pinpoint areas where the platform delivers maximum benefit.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Advise clients on optimal strategies for using the platform across all stages of the API lifecycle.
- Partner with clients to define measurable success outcomes, create customized proof-of-concept projects, and demonstrate capabilities through interactive workshops, demos, and practical sessions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and execution for customer-driven results.
- Stay current with platform features, API technologies, and evolving industry developments, including AI-driven API design, DevOps practices, and API security standards.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to guide product evolution and improve user experience.
- Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and events as a technical representative.
- Develop and distribute technical resources such as tutorials, demonstrations, and articles that illustrate practical applications and effective methodologies.
