Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and technical environments
- Design and present customized API solutions that align with enterprise architecture
- Lead technical proof-of-concept deployments and integration efforts
- Provide expert-level product demonstrations tailored to client use cases
- Assess customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans
- Support the resolution of complex technical challenges during implementation
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Document solution architectures and implementation best practices
- Assist in defining API strategies for large-scale digital transformation
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Ensure technical alignment between customer goals and platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions
- Help customers adopt security and governance standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities with a technical focus
- Enable customer teams through training and knowledge transfer
