About the Role
This role involves working closely with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements, design solutions, and support the deployment of IT management tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collve with sales teams to assess customer IT environments and identify solution fit
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to enterprise client needs
- Translate technical requirements into actionable implementation plans
- Provide pre-sales technical support for complex enterprise inquiries
- Assist in proof-of-concept deployments and evaluations
- Document customer configurations and solution architectures
- Support post-sale handoff to onboarding and support teams
- Gather feedback to inform product development priorities
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during solution deployment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and updates
- Engage with engineering teams to escalate technical issues
- Develop solution proposals based on customer use cases
- Participate in customer workshops and technical deep dives
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
- Collaborate with partners on joint implementation efforts
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and identify optimization areas
- Assist in crafting responses to technical RFPs and security questionnaires
- Stay informed about industry trends in systems management and security
- Support training initiatives for customers and internal teams
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
