Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to convey the full value, vision, and strategic benefits of the platform to prospective clients
- Lead technical interactions with customers during evaluation periods, demonstrating value through observed usage and resolving technical concerns to ensure successful outcomes
- Secure technical wins in complex sales cycles by leveraging deep technical expertise, competitive insights, and trusted advisor relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs and environments
- Record detailed and accurate customer feedback, including reasons for wins and losses, in the CRM system
- Initiate and maintain communication with clients and internal technical or business teams to share product insights and competitive intelligence
