Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy for Japan that supports go-to-market and revenue objectives
- Organize and manage field marketing activities such as executive events, webinars, roundtables, account-based marketing pilots, co-marketing with partners, and demand generation efforts
- Produce compelling bilingual content including case studies, newsletters, executive messaging, sales tools, and localized campaign materials
- Collaborate with sales teams to define target accounts, key industries, common objections, and areas where marketing can add value
- Partner with product marketing and global teams to adapt product launches, messaging, and enterprise narratives for the Japanese market
- Coordinate with communications, global affairs, legal, and policy teams on messaging related to trust and sensitive external programs
- Develop and manage co-marketing strategies with key ecosystem and channel partners
- Oversee external agencies and vendors, including managing timelines, budgets, performance reporting, and post-campaign analysis
- Establish consistent operational processes and performance tracking dashboards for enterprise marketing in Japan
