Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison for active customers, handling support tickets, diagnosing system issues, and resolving problems across cloud-native systems.
- Diagnose and fix technical problems involving Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD systems, container setups, app deployments, and integrations on the Game Warden platform.
- Take part in an on-call schedule to provide round-the-clock support for critical customer systems, responding quickly and effectively to incidents.
- Oversee customer environments, detect potential operational risks early, and implement preventive measures to avoid service disruptions.
- Escalate difficult technical problems to senior engineers and platform teams, providing detailed records of troubleshooting steps, findings, and customer impact.
- Manage change control procedures within government frameworks and ATO-restricted environments, ensuring all changes comply with operational requirements.
- Help build and maintain knowledge bases, runbooks, and support materials to speed up issue resolution and support customer self-service.
- Spot recurring support trends and work across teams to improve platform stability and customer operational performance.
- Collaborate with Implementation Engineering during onboarding to ensure smooth transition and readiness for production operations.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Candidates with active or interim DoD TS clearance (or higher) are strongly preferred.
