Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide architecture standards and governance policies
- Serve as the main technical advisor to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Communicate technical strategies and risks in clear, non-technical terms for business audiences
- Create and manage the long-term enterprise technology roadmap
- Ensure consistent integration and standardization across systems, platforms, and cloud infrastructures
- Assess and propose emerging technologies that support business growth and innovation goals
- Manage and mitigate architectural risks across the organization
- Lead formal architecture reviews and authorize critical design decisions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and security protocols, including HIPAA
- Work with DevOps, Data, Engineering, and Security teams to influence architectural direction
- Provide guidance and professional development to solution architects and technical leads
- Promote a culture that values architectural excellence, innovation, and adherence to best practices
