Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software issues affecting users across the organization, particularly those tied to enterprise-wide or department-led technology initiatives
- Deploy, manage, and update software across all user endpoints, and advise leadership on establishing standardized software protocols
- Develop instructional resources and conduct training sessions for regional training teams, global support staff, and end-users on specialized software tools
- Offer supplementary technical assistance to end-users when required
- Stay current with emerging technologies by reviewing industry publications and collaborate with practice support teams to identify training and skill development requirements
- Safeguard all confidential, sensitive, privileged, financial, or proprietary data managed by the firm
