About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager covering the Great Plains region. This senior role focuses on strategic, high-level consultative selling of digital identity management solutions to mid-market and large enterprise accounts. You will engage directly with C-level stakeholders to drive new business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business development and close deals across enterprise and mid-market accounts within the Great Plains territory.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives to position high-value digital identity solutions.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas and account penetration goals.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and strategic alliances to boost market traction.
  • Accurately manage sales pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitors.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of successful IT sales experience, with a strong track record in the enterprise space—ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with enterprise customers, including at the C-suite level.
  • Strong understanding of the Great Plains market and connections with key accounts and VARs.
  • Proficient in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
