Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients with a focus on long-term retention and strategic expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including executive leadership.
- Promote a full suite of technology solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud services, unified communications, and contact center platforms.
- Lead cross-functional account teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with service delivery expectations.
- Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting, CRM data maintenance, contract documentation, and invoice timelines.
- Create and update strategic account plans, business development strategies, and opportunity win plans using defined qualification frameworks.

- Advocate for Wavenets comprehensive solution portfolio, including: Cyberguard, Intelligent Connectivity, Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Unified Communications, Contact Centre Solutions.
- Lead virtual account teams to ensure client success, collaborating with Service Management to meet service expectations.
- Maintain precise forecasts, CRM records, and ensure timely contract documentation and invoice processing.
- Develop and maintain Account Development Plans, Business Plans, and Win Plans, while applying qualification models to assess and advance opportunities.
