Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for enterprise accounts, cultivating strong relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders across industries.
- Design and implement tailored strategies for Amazon-focused businesses to increase revenue, improve return on investment, and expand marketplace opportunities in advertising, SEO, creative optimization, and commerce operations.
- Manage high-value advertising initiatives, including oversight of Amazon media budgets exceeding $250,000 per month, with advanced execution in Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Convert performance data into actionable insights through customized dashboards, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
- Monitor and enhance catalog integrity, inventory levels, retail readiness, and operational efficiency at scale.
- Identify and resolve critical issues, detect emerging trends, and lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen client resilience.
- Deliver compelling, data-backed presentations that guide executive decision-making and outline clear paths for investment and expansion.
- Partner with internal creative, media, and technology experts to deliver integrated solutions and drive innovation.
