Responsibilities

- Conduct account planning by analyzing prospective clients, tracking industry developments, and crafting strategies to win and expand business.
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes, providing accurate forecasts and maintaining thorough records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Remain informed about market dynamics, competitor products, and industry shifts to effectively position offerings and maintain competitiveness.
- Support business expansion efforts by sharing insights with product and marketing teams to help shape development and market strategies.
- Serve as a representative of the brand at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events, demonstrating professionalism and credibility.
