Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough account planning by analyzing target customers and market dynamics to craft effective business acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, maintaining accurate forecasts and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market developments, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to strengthen product positioning and strategic outreach.
- Support business growth by sharing customer insights with product and marketing teams to help shape product enhancements and market strategies.
- Serve as a representative of the brand at customer engagements, industry events, and conferences with a professional and consultative approach.
