Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales strategies focused on enterprise clients to build a sustainable pipeline supporting long-term revenue expansion.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from identifying prospects to finalizing agreements, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of revenue goals.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align internal efforts and deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Uncover customer challenges and match them with relevant solutions through personalized demonstrations and business-aligned presentations.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough account planning by analyzing target customers and market dynamics to craft effective business acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, maintaining accurate forecasts and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on market developments, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to strengthen product positioning and strategic outreach.
  • Support business growth by sharing customer insights with product and marketing teams to help shape product enhancements and market strategies.
  • Serve as a representative of the brand at customer engagements, industry events, and conferences with a professional and consultative approach.
