Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategies aimed at enterprise clients, ensuring a strong pipeline that supports sustained revenue growth
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact and prospecting through to negotiation and deal closure, consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and customer support to align on customer requirements and deliver a unified experience
- Understand customer challenges and map solutions accordingly, providing personalized product demonstrations and presentations based on specific business needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders in target organizations, serving as a trusted advisor to support retention and satisfaction
- Drive account planning by analyzing potential clients, tracking industry developments, and formulating strategies to acquire new business and expand current accounts
- Track and report on sales performance, accurately predict deal outcomes, and maintain thorough records of customer interactions in CRM tools
- Keep current with market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging trends to effectively position offerings and maintain a competitive advantage
- Support business expansion efforts by sharing insights with product and marketing teams to help shape product enhancements and market strategies
- Act as a professional representative at customer engagements, industry events, and conferences, promoting the brand with credibility and expertise
