Responsibilities
- Achieve set sales and pipeline targets while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for potential clients
- Develop a strategic plan to expand sales within a defined region for Kubernetes optimization technology
- Work closely with Solution Engineering to lead consultative, solution-oriented customer discussions
- Lead full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, forecasting, and closing, to meet long-term business objectives
- Improve the sales journey by minimizing purchase barriers and speeding up customer onboarding of optimization tools
- Support regional strategy by identifying and cultivating new business development opportunities
- Analyze and interpret complex customer needs across technical and business dimensions
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and ensure customer insights are accurately captured
