n8n is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (Remote or Hybrid San Francisco)

About the Role

This role is for a full-cycle enterprise sales leader responsible for a defined West Coast territory, targeting net-new logo acquisition and strategic expansion. The ideal candidate sells to technical buyers, uses structured methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, and navigates multi-threaded deals across large organizations to close high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals within a designated West Coast enterprise region
  • Proactively generate at least half of the sales pipeline through outbound outreach and strategic account planning
  • Conduct thorough discovery using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to identify pain points, business impact, decision processes, and validation criteria before forecasting
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from initial discovery to final negotiation, including demos, technical evaluations, and procurement
  • Articulate technical capabilities as measurable business results, focusing on efficiency gains, reduced risk, and faster delivery
  • Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including champions, technical teams, security, procurement, and economic decision-makers
  • Develop and manage mutual action plans with customers, defining clear milestones and shared responsibilities from first contact to contract signing
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records in Salesforce, maintaining reliable forecasts and early risk communication
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deal velocity and ensure smooth transitions
  • Represent the company at industry events and in-market forums, building credibility with enterprise and technical leaders across the West Coast, including travel as required
