Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact through deal closure, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align internal efforts with customer expectations and ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Uncover customer challenges and map solutions to address them, providing personalized product demonstrations and business-focused presentations.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth account planning by analyzing prospects, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to craft winning acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, maintaining accurate forecasts and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Keep current on market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to strengthen positioning and differentiation.
