About the Role

This position is responsible for acquiring and expanding enterprise customer relationships in Germany, focusing on high-impact deals that align with long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to grow revenue in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large organizations across Germany
  • Conduct strategic sales calls and product demonstrations for decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder contracts
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership
  • Drive customer advocacy to support referenceability and expansion

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses

Work Arrangement

Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely within Germany and occasional travel to client sites
