Responsibilities
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle for multi-location restaurant groups with 50 to 500+ units, including outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and oversee a strategic pipeline targeting franchise groups, restaurant holding companies, and national brands to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
- Handle complex deal structures involving corporate decision-makers, franchisees, technology partners, and POS integrators.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth buyer experiences and contribute to product development.
- Build deep knowledge of restaurant operations, voice AI, and the competitive landscape to highlight the unique benefits of the product.
- Travel up to 50% for key onsite meetings, franchise conferences, and major industry events.
- Consistently surpass sales quotas while creating a repeatable enterprise sales process as the company scales.
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS.
- Significant experience selling to multi-location groups with 50+ units or enterprise restaurant and hospitality accounts.
- Existing contacts at enterprise accounts.
- Proven history of closing six-figure annual contracts with complex buying committees.
- Deep understanding of the restaurant technology ecosystem.
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles of 3 to 9 months involving multiple stakeholders and franchise structures.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with Success, Product, and Engineering teams rather than in isolation.
- Access to a dedicated high-speed hardline internet connection at the workspace; satellite internet or mobile hotspots are not acceptable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with POS systems, reservations, phone systems, or AI and voice platforms is strongly preferred.
