WorkWave is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers through proactive outreach, needs assessment, and solution presentation, with a focus on long-term client partnerships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted enterprise accounts
  • Conduct outreach to decision-makers through phone, email, and social platforms
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and business goals
  • Present customized solutions aligned with customer requirements
  • Negotiate terms and close new business agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop account strategies for high-value prospects
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions
  • Represent the company at industry events and webinars
  • Follow up on marketing-qualified leads in a timely manner
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Use data to prioritize outreach and forecast accuracy

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
