Responsibilities
- Translate clinical, pharmaceutical, and regulatory documents from English to Korean
- Ensure terminology consistency across medical documentation
- Adapt content to meet Korean regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Review and proofread translated materials for linguistic accuracy
- Collaborate with project teams to clarify source content
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology in both languages
- Follow client-specific style guides and formatting instructions
- Meet deadlines for assigned translation tasks
- Respond to reviewer feedback during quality checks
- Use translation memory tools as required by project
- Handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality
- Participate in translator training when necessary
- Report project progress and potential delays
- Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory guidelines
- Support quality assurance processes for translated outputs
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage workload across multiple assignments
- Adapt tone and style for target audience
- Verify accuracy of technical terms and units
- Flag ambiguous or unclear source content

- Contribute to glossary development
