SupportYourApp was looking for a (English and Spanish, Advanced Excel) Customer Support Consultant (Remotely)

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (English and Spanish, Advanced Excel) to deliver outstanding customer support via email. You will build strong customer relationships and handle sensitive data while thriving in our fully remote, multicultural, and multilingual environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via emails.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (C1/C2 for both spoken and written).
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom and Salesforce.
