Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and configuration of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems independently, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Take ownership of project tasks and coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively and overcome any challenges encountered during project execution.
- Conduct system integration activities to ensure compatibility between different components of electronic security systems, such as cameras, control panels, and sensors.
- Verify proper functionality and interoperability of integrated systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues as needed.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development within the organization.
- Guide junior technicians in performing installation and maintenance tasks, offering feedback and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex system issues, utilizing advanced techniques and problem-solving strategies to resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to electronic security systems, applying new knowledge to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.
